Brand Promote Start Form

Level 1: Website Only

IC360 will build and/or upgrade an existing website to align with brand strategy and best digital practices for lead generation and search optimization. We will provide all ongoing hosting, maintenance, support and baseline website analytics.

Level 1 Ongoing Services

• Website hosting (dedicated, WordPress-only server)

Level 1 Account Management

• Access to ticket system

Level 2: Website + Search

Level 2 adds the component of local and organic search. The front and backend of the website will be structured to be Google-friendly and highly indexed. An ongoing content plan will match keyword discovery to continually develop the website’s organic presence. Additionally, IC360 will manage and optimize local directory management, including Google My Business and Bing Places which are critical for local SEO.

Level 2 Ongoing Services

• Includes all Ongoing Services from Level 1
• Enhance/develop content of all site pages to maximize SEO
• Ongoing new content plan for keyword specific targets, 2 pages per quarter
• Maintain site map and indexing to all engines
• Local directory management
• Monthly monitoring for duplicates, inaccuracies, and general health of directory profiles
• Publish weekly Google My Business posts for announcements, events, or routine lead generation

Level 2 Account Management

• Access to ticket system
• Monthly custom dashboard
• Bi-monthly phone/conference check-in

Cost: $350/month, $25 per additional location

Level 3: Digital Marketing Pro

Level 3 adds paid search, social media/blog planning and advertising and ongoing lead generation programs.

Level 3 Ongoing Services

• Includes all Ongoing Services from Level 1 and Level 2
• Implement and manage Google Ads campaign
• Continuous optimization of bidding strategy and ad spend
• Seasonal adjustments as required
• Manage social media (Facebook) advertising
• Develop (with client) monthly social media/blog calendar
• Integrate paid efforts with on-site lead generation offers, seasonal specials, etc. as needed

Level 3 Account Management

Cost: $550/month, $40 per additional location

Level 4: Completely Integrated

Level 4 completely integrates digital and traditional marketing, with IC360 acting as a fully out-sourced marketing department. Graphic design, print services, and complete social media management are included.

Level 4 Account Management

Cost: $750/month, $50 per additional location

*This monthly fee reflects up to 4 hours of graphic design and project management time for print-related needs. Actual print costs not included. If projects are estimated to take longer than four hours in a given month, projects can be billed additionally hourly ($50/hr) if agreed upon by client and provider.
