What a whirlwind the Miami Mastermind conference was! Held on July 19th and 20th at the gorgeous Kimpton EPIC Hotel in Miami, this year’s event was all about connections, hands-on learning, and strategies for childcare business owners. The beautiful setting made it easy to relax and focus on what really matters: running a successful childcare business for the children in our care and the employees from our community.

Our Dynamic Duo on Site

We had our fantastic team on site: Jessica Wright, our Executive Vice President of Operations, and Angela LaVecchia, our Director of Business Development. Jessica took center stage with her much-anticipated presentation on managing crises in childcare businesses. Here are some key takeaways from her talk on managing crises in childcare businesses:

We absolutely loved connecting with other childcare owners and operators at the conference. In our industry, lifting each other up is so important, and that spirit was definitely alive in Miami.
